Can’t charge the phone with the cover ! Every time I should remove the cover in order to charge my phone, charger can’t fit to be inserted

Well, I do admire the quality of your products and service it is up to expectations however, during ordering process it says that I'm getting free card holder along with my order of ID Badge Holder but it is not there :(
the charging port is too small, when i try to plug it in, it scratches the leather. And when i add the wristlet, i cannot charge my phone at all. Otherwise the leather is top quality, the gold hardware looks luxurious.
Satisfied but the price considerate as expensive
